Public Speaking & Debate Camp
A supportive speaking camp where students practice voice, organization, storytelling, persuasion, and respectful debate.
Camp overview
Public Speaking & Debate Camp helps students become more comfortable expressing ideas in front of others. Students practice short speeches, structured responses, persuasive arguments, listening skills, and feedback routines in a friendly setting.
What students do
Confidence grows through repeated, supported practice.
Students get many chances to plan, speak, listen, revise, and try again.
Speech organization
Students practice openings, main points, transitions, examples, and strong conclusions.
Persuasive communication
Students learn claims, reasons, evidence, rebuttals, and respectful disagreement.
Presence and delivery
Voice, pacing, posture, eye contact, and audience awareness are practiced in small steps.
