A request to change the student’s regular class time may be discussed with the office and does not require the same 30-day notice; schedule changes depend on class capacity, level compatibility, staffing, and teacher availability, and a requested time is not guaranteed.

Promotional pricing does not provide a month-to-month right to reduce or end a commitment without reconciliation. When a family drops a subject or program or withdraws during a promotional commitment, tuition, payments, credits, and any refund or balance are reviewed and prorated or reconciled based on the time and services already used and the applicable plan and accepted commitment terms. This review does not promise an automatic refund. No refunds are issued for classes already attended. The Enrollment Agreement and Family Portal acknowledgement contain the controlling terms.
